SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Tipsy G aims to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of your payment details - excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If a particular product is not in stock, or sold out, we will contact you via email to resolve the matter.

The products are delivered to the shipping address, indicated during the process of order. All US deliveries will be via USPS/UPS/DHL, and all Canada deliveries will be via UPS/DHL. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days. Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and Tipsy G is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Expedited orders placed before 11am EST Monday-Friday will be shipped out same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped that following Monday.
