RETURNS | EXCHANGES | REFUNDS
We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Products may not be returned nor exchanged unless this is a manufacturing fault. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Under these circumstances’ goods may get exchanged or refunded within 7 days of delivery date, provided the following conditions apply:
- To start a exchange or refund, you can contact us at info@tipsy-g.com. Please provide us with your order details and photos of detective product(s).
- Your request will be reviewed by Tipsy G and can be discussed via email. Tipsy G will let you know if your request is accepted or not.
- If your request is accepted, you will be provided with options of exchange or refund, as well as instructions of further steps.
- If you choose to get exchange, the defective product(s) can only be exchanged with the same style product(s) in the same color and size.
- If you choose to get refund, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Or you can choose to receive a same amount of credit for your future purchase with Tipsy G, which will reach out to your Tipsy G account immediately.
